Virtual Walk

IDF Walk for Primary Immunodeficiency unites people touched by primary immunodeficiency diseases (PI) to help create better lives for individuals living with these rare, chronic disorders. The walks provide a unique opportunity to for the PI community to come together to raise funds for critical materials, programs, and research for thousands of people who are searching for answers and support. IDF Walk for PI has raised over $2 million for the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF) since 2013 and will continue its efforts to create a better future for generations to come.

In 2016, we have 12 National Walk Sites across the country, but we want the entire community to get involved from anywhere at any time! The Virtual IDF Walk for PI is the perfect opportunity to show your support even if you are unable attend any of our National Walks.

Virtual IDF Walk for PI participants are still eligible to earn one of our fantastic prizes such as our IDF Walk for PI t-shirt, which is awarded to those who raise their first $100! All you have to do is create a team, and start raising funds! Here’s how:

  1. Register online at www.walkforPI.org/virtual
  2. Personalize your page!
  3. Send emails and ask for donations.

It is our mission to get the entire PI community involved in IDF Walk for PI, so your participation is absolutely critical. As a virtual walker, you are free to work around your busy schedule and can even host an event to celebrate your accomplishments, such as a BBQ, a potluck dinner, or a walk in your local park. Get creative! Be sure to take pictures of your events and share them on our IDF Walk for PI Facebook Page!

IDF Walk for PI is an incredible opportunity for all of us to join together across the country, raise critical funds, and remind patients and families that they are not alone. Together, we can make a difference. Register now!

*If you live near one of our walk sites, we encourage you to register with that particular walk, instead of the virtual walk, even if you cannot be present the day of the event.
